To make the appointment, persons 75 years and older or their caregivers must use one of the following methods:1) Book directly online via the Ministry of Health & Wellness’ website at https://www.moh.gov.jm;2) Call the Vaccination Call Centre Hotline at 888-ONE-LOVE (888-663-5683);3) Call or visit their Parish Health Department or LocalHealth Centre; or4) Call or visit their private doctor.

To make the appointment, persons will need to provide their full name, telephone number, age, and home address. Persons MUST provide a contact number with their booking.

Once the information is submitted, the registration will be entered into a prioritisation system and a confirmation of appointment subsequently sent via email, call or text message.

On the day of their appointment, persons are reminded to show up at the designated time of their appointment and to bring a government-issued identification (i.e. Driver’s License, Voters identification or passport). They are also reminded to wear their mask, sanitise and maintain physical distancing.

  1. Thanks for sharing this information. I don’t understand why the MOH doesn’t post releases like this on their social media sites.
