16 Days Of Activism: British High Commission Sends Orange Into the Blue

On International Day to Eliminate Violence Against Women, the British High Commission released brilliant orange balloons into the blue Kingston skies. Today is grey and rainy in the city. I hope this brightens your day, wherever you are!
