The word “prolific” for me conjures up a great deal of production of stuff – whether flowers, books, paintings etc. Or perhaps, for myself – I am quite a prolific writer these days. I write on two other platforms, come to mention it: Global Voices and the Jamaica Gleaner‘s blog page. Do take a look. I have been busy writing elsewhere, but I will come back here soon!

Our otaheite apple tree is often bursting with fruit. Here they are all ripening up. Problem is, it all happens at once!
Grenada is an incredibly productive little island. A few years back, I photographed this collection of bee and honey-related products.

In the Blue Mountains of Jamaica, the farmers have also produced all kinds of interesting food – all natural!
