This week’s photo challenge is simply “Glow.” One immediately thinks of sunsets – and here are one or two. But colour can glow, in the sunlight, too. I hope you enjoy these…
Leaving on the ferry boat from Carriacou to Grenada, there was a silver glow in the sky and sea.
Here’s a funny one. Being something of a “Game of Thrones” fan, I went to a promotional event in Kingston. There were lots of glowing torches and candles of course (no electric lights in GoT).
The water can glow when it takes on a certain quality. This is the Martha Brae river, or part that had flooded after much rain.
Pink evening clouds glowing above the mountains of St. Andrew.
These pomegranates in the garden of the synagogue in downtown Kingston take on a richness in the evening sun.
Then there is that glow the sun leaves behind as it sets, here in north Cornwall, England.
