There are more than 1,500 scholarships on offer globally for the 2018/2019 academic year, representing a significant investment from the UK Government towards developing the leaders of tomorrow.

  1. This is the type of scholarship funding from the UK, that I advocate for young people to be awarded scholarships, instead of asking for ‘reparation money’. Education is a permanent investment in those young people who would be bonded, and required to return to Jamaica to serve the country.

    1. Absolutely. And the British have in the past few years greatly increased the number of these scholarships – 14 are going this year. That’s a wonderful FD quote!
