I’m pretty late with this week’s Weekly Photo Challenge: Earth. When I am exploring natural places in Jamaica, I often look down at my feet. This is where you often find curious, small and often beautiful objects, scattered randomly and yet somehow in perfect order. Here are a few examples (all the photos are taken by me):
Very nice selection, Emma, and very apt for this week’s challenge!

Lovely pictures, and I like to look down too. Since I got a good macro lens on my camera its opened up a new world for bugs too. Waiting for the “bug” photo challenge ;o)

Wow. Lovely, Caroline. I have a fairly good closeup feature on my camera. I love the little details!

I love the feelings that each picture evokes. Wouldn’t it be fun to come up wtih a story with each one. I truly love earth pictures

Thanks, Bethany… Yes, it would be lovely – these small things at one’s feet do tell their own story, quietly. I love earth pictures, too! They don’t always have to be grand landscapes, either! Thank you for your comments!
