Just a Little Bit More: A Kingston Bookshop Soiree…

I omitted two special “bookish” items from my last post. How could I? There’s a lot going on at the moment, and yes – I know that’s a lame excuse. So here goes…

Firstly… Our bookstores are getting creative and doing special events for book lovers, writers and more. It’s a great way to mingle with others who all have books in common – and good for sales, too. Not to be outdone, Kingston Bookshop held a lovely soirée recently, and the feedback was excellent. Gabby Foster of AIM Educational Services commented: “Knowledge is passed down from one generation to another with both spoken and a written word, it is wonderful to be apart of a community that recognizes the importance of this and the importance of inspiring others to pursue words!”
