As a grey and rainless Valentine’s Day draws to a close in Kingston, Jamaica, I thought I would offer you, my dear readers, a few more roses, as tokens of my love and respect for you.
Roses at the end of summer are always sweet. They linger on in the shortening autumn days, before the frost burns them. When I was in Sussex, England in September last year, I photographed a few roses at my sister’s house. I especially love her climbing roses. Here they are for you… (one is actually a wild rose, photographed in Cornwall).
With love from me to you.
Hello! I know this is sort of off-topic however I had to ask.
Does running a well-established blog like yours take a massive amount
work? I’m completely new to operating a blog however I do write in my diary daily. I’d like to start a blog so I will be able to share
my personal experience and views online. Please let me know if you have any ideas or tips for brand new aspiring blog
owners. Appreciate it!

I hope you are not spam (we do get a lot of it) but what I can say is that, like anything else, to do something properly does take quite a bit of time and energy. You need to be as accurate as possible, do the necessary research, check your grammar, repetitiveness etc. Start with something simple and short. Also, make sure you have a catchy title for your post. I will be writing more on blogging in general in a separate post, so please look out for it. Meanwhile, if you ARE a real person – please do subscribe and follow my blog! Thank you and good luck…

Oh! You’ve just given me a pang of homesickness for the archway of climbing roses in my garden in England…
Beautiful pictures, thanks for sharing them.
