Thank you and congratulations!

Just a quick note to thank all of you dear readers and supporters for your votes and support during the Jamaica Blog Awards!

Petchary’s Blog won in the Best Jamaica-focused Blog category, and I feel honored.

Warmest congratulations, too, to all the nominees and winners! I will post a list of the names and links in due course, when they are available… So that you can expand your reading and enjoyr more Jamaican blogs!

Thank you again. I particularly appreciated all the comments on the Blog Awards website.

And now, I promise not to bother you all again for the rest of the year!

    1. Thanks so much! Yes, it would have been great to meet, but another time! By the way I think they are planning a Jamaican Blog Directory, which seems like a good idea…

  2. Congratulations dear Petchary, well deserved! I look out at a garden under six inches of snow and it’s set to continue snowing for at least the next three days – no one is going out if they can avoid it and the transport system is slowly grinding to a halt. How warming, then, to read your Caribbean blog.

    1. My dear Snoo: Yes, I know everything just falls apart in England when there are a few inches of snow! But at least it looks pretty! Glad that I warmed you up my dear. Actually, we are hoping for rain today…drought is biting. (Hope you weren’t too devastated by our loss today – I’ve been in a pretty foul mood actually!) Love to you and family!
